Yes, they are!  Our products were actually developed by the co-founder and Master Barber.   The products were initially made in small batches to meet his needs; he could not find the high quality of grooming products he wanted so he decided to make his own.  Customers began asking if he could make products for them… and that is how The District Grooming Company began!
